ive got a chest pain right in the center of my chest an inch to the right almost center of my man pecks. a sort of sharp pain occurs when i push my chest out or kinda move my right arm...i just had a bike accident and i kinda hurt my spine and also i just had a surgery on my tongue soo if that has anything to do with it i dont know but for the meanwhile im going to sit it out and see if it goes away. Does anyone have any suggestions or information on what and how to may treat this.

hey thanks for the input... the pains have gone away today. a day after i had them... i got some rest ate alot and sat in bed... it was scary to feel that the whole day but it started strong and gradually went away to almost nothing by night and when i woke up it was practically gone....it may have been what you had suggested but as i also read it could of been an infection from my tongue surgery that i had to fight off the whole day yesterday but i dont know. im glad its gone and again thank you for the input...have a wonderful day!

Hi
Thanks for writing to the forum!
Pain could be due to the jolt you received when you had an accident. There is a chance that you fractured your ribs. An X-ray of chest should definitely be taken. It could also be due to compression of lower cervical or upper thoracic nerves due to spinal injury.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
