cold and unsteday legs

I have very cold and unsteday legs particularly from kness and below. I feel my legs are not cooperating with my body when I walk and start to feel dizzy in head too (not spinning but just shaky). Eralier they will get warm as soon as I sit or lie down but now it takes pretty long and Ii need heater or balnkets. My ears also feel blocked/plugged, very often with a pressure building up in head. Recently feel palpitation in chest mostly on lying down. I have hashimoto hypothyroid, taking medicince since 6 months and all levels are nomal from last 5 months except hashimoto antibodies which reamin to be high. Besides that all my blood reports, brain MRI, leg nerve test (by passing current?) is fine. I also have back pain from last 3 years, have very minor L5-S1 disc heraniation but no nerve compression nad in fact back pain is improving over time with yoga etc. while leg problem and diziness is agagravationg. Doctors keep saying its anxiety and I am taking meliex 1-2 mg (ethyl loflazepate also sold under ronlax or victan brand names) from last 2.5 years. I am 44.5 years old and though female hormones are fine, some doctors uspect its combination of hashimoto, perimenopause and stress which I admit I have a lot. Canit be a side effect of Meilex? All doctors here swear by that this cannot be the cae.

Hmmm, this is very interesting because I had something similar in the ears and it led to similar problems. I never had the leg problem, but you are over 40... it can be bad circulation and maybe even pre-diabetes. I know the ears can make your legs feel weak and unsteady. I experienced this 1st hand and are still experiencing it today. Also, the shaky feeling is most likely coming from your ears. I think you should have your ears checked and if the Dr. that you’re seeing doesn’t listen to you go see another one. I have anxiety too and the Dr. tried to blame my ear problems on it too. Unfortunately, I trusted his judgment and got severe consequences. I have to do vestibular rehab now, because a viral infection that traveled through my throat to my ear cause an Eustachian tube dysfunction. Usually a low dose steroid will do the trick. Also, remember that keeping active and working out rigorously for 1 or 2 hours can help your body heal faster and compensate for any deficiencies. One more thing, you might want to try taking some vitamin B12 the deficiency of it can lead to similar problems and is especially common in women over 40. Best of luck to you and always make yourself heard, if your body says there is something wrong put the doctors in their place and make them listen. No one knows your body better than you.
