for 7 years I have been experiencing severe cologne burning, spent much time with different doctors all wanting to scope, and all did, no results, lots of time, I have lost 40% of my body weight now 109#, and going down, so much pain, so many diagnoses, this is literally killing me, no sleep, no rest, and recently too weak to continue gainful employment,,,,, no answeres and now too tired to keep going,   any sincere person out there who might be able to help

Cologne burning? Do you mean COLON BURNING? As in part of your intestine? YOU NEED TO SEE A GASTROENTEROLOGIST AND GET A FULL COLONOSCOPY UNDER ANESTHESIA AND AN ABDOMINAL CT Have you done this? This should answer a lot of questions. Have you seen a COLO-RECTAL SURGEON or specialist? You need to do this to check for COLONITIS, CHRONS DISEASE, CELIAC DISEASE.... Its hard to help you without more information... It could also be stomach, pancreas.... There are lots of things in that area and I dont know what you have or havent done so far. But it is apparent that you have lost too much weight.. BUT YOU MUST BE DIAGNOSED BY A DOCTOR. IF YOU FEEL UNSTABLE IN ANY WAY, AND IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE, PLEASE GO TO YOUR NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM OR CALL911.

Cologne, as in fragrances?  Can you provide more explanation as to what this ailment is or what the symptoms are?  I don't think you can get much response without more details, because it's not really clear what it is you're asking.
