could there be a "big picture"?

recently had my yearly physical, and the labs show: low TSH, low B12, low Vitamin D, slightly high LDL, and everything else normal.  I have been complaining for a couple years of extreme bloating, gas, varying bowel movements from loose to hard, fatigue, and jaw soreness.  Also, I have been diagnosed with GERD.  Can anyone think of a possible diagnosis that might include most if not all of these symptoms. I realize that all of these things could be coincidence, but it has all come about rather suddenly.  I'm a 31 year old male, who doesn't get much exercise, but is in pretty decent shape.  I also smoke a pack a day.  (I had a chest x-ray and lower abdominal ultrasound performed two weeks ago, and the results were normal).  Any and all ideas are welcome.  Thank you.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
You need to look for malabsorption syndromes, thyroid disorders and IBS. All these can cause havoc on the absorption of nutrients. Hyperthyroid states cause faster passing of food in the gut and lesser absorption. Follow up with a GI specialist and an endocrine specialist. Take care!
