dizziness without nausea

my daughter is a 20 year old healthy college student who is experiencing dizziness with very mild blurred vision.  It is worst in the morning. she has no nausea or ringing in the ears or spinning sensation at all.  her blood pressure is normal. we put her through the ringer about 3 years ago for the same problem and the best anyone could come up with was low o2. which at time was reasonable because she was using a space heater in her bedroom without any ventilation.  however, now no such things exist.  she had a ct scan, plus ent specialists and then finally blood work that showed low o2.

If you have any suggestions i am open to them.
Thank you.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
I understand several tests have been done. However I am again enumerating all the causes which should be looked into. You need to get your daughter examined to rule out a few things such as low blood pressure, postural hypotension, cervical spinal nerve compression, hypoglycemia, severe anemia, an underactive thyroid (called hypothyroidism), overactive thyroid (called hyperthyroidism), adrenal insufficiency (called Addison's disease), GERD, and internal ear infections. Polycystic ovarian disease is another cause. Certain types of epilepsies and seizures too can cause similar symptoms. If she has an accompanying headache then you must also look at benign intracranial hypertension. Heart problems too should be ruled out in her case. If all other tests are normal, maybe an ECHO should be done to rule out mitral valve prolapse. Patent foramen ovale too could be the cause (commonly known as hole in the heart). It can also be chronic fatigue syndrome if all other causes are ruled out. A brain lesion too can cause dizziness but often there are other neurological signs such as numbness, tingling, loss of function of a limb etc. Since it is early morning dizziness, hypoglycemia, GERD, nerve compression and benign intracranial hypertension and postural hypotension should be ruled out. Hope this helps. Take care!

It might be vertigo? I have dizziness alot. I have vertigo which is just another word for dizzy. But it actually is a defect or somthing that has gone wrong in the inner ear or sometimes allergies can cause it. Im not sure this will help but I hope it does.
