doi have std

i am a 24 yr old boy who has just had sex once altough it was with a sex worker 23 months back.i had taken full precaution(used condom)during the act.till march this yr i was perfectly fine.last yr i had done very well in a month long camp which demanded a lot of physical energy.this yr after march i have not been regular with my meals.however after i have a hearty meal i start getting blisters in my mouth.they heal whithin 3 days.since last mont i have been having cough which has reduced my physical efficieny a bit(i have been out of exercising since aug last yr,before which i could match anyone for physical toughness.)i showed my throat to a med surgeon day before and  he diagonised it as URTI and gave me medicines. after taking medicines my throat is ok but i am feeling low and lethargic.thecoughis reducing and i am more comfortable in my speech.but i have just had one meal and a lot of chochlates since i started the medication.my wieghtis at an alltime high about 6 kgs more than wat it was  3 months back.4 yrs back i had felt physically inactive the same waybut the docter had that time diagonised me as suffering from Defective nasal sysytem i did not undergo a medical cure hep rescribed.today since morning i have noticed small spots on the inside of my lips.plz advice me on wat should i do?i read about symptoms of hiv and got confused .sometime after masturbation while urinating i do feel a slight burning sensation howevr this haapens only in 34 months once

Thanks for writing to the forum!
They do not look like symptoms of HIV. Deviated nasal septum (DNS)  can cause recurrent or persistent upper respiratory infections. This can cause fatigue. Also weight gain could be due to improper diet and inactivity. Rule out hypothyroidism and diabetes too. To be on safe side get a STD panel done. Mouth blisters can be due to vitamin deficiencies too. Try multivitamin pills and regularize your meals and physical activity. Consult an ENT for DNS.
