There is a genetic componant. I have fascinating unusual dreams whenever I doze, and usually three to four every night.

Sub-lingual B-12 will increase the intensity of the dreams.

As long as the dreams are benign and not "nightmares" I would suggest you enjoy them.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Excess dreams at night can be due to stress and anxiety. It could also be due to disturbed sleep patterns. Take up yoga or meditation. Drink plenty of water and eat a healthy diet. Cut down on coffee and tea. Exercise regularly. If still the dreams persist consult a psychologist to analyze the cause.
Hope this helps. Take care!
