ear problems

i started with ear infections, then i lost some hearing, now it is comming back, then i noticed throbbing in my ear when i hick up or belch, shortly after that i got a couple of small bumps on the back of my ears well i eventually scratched those off they felt like zits. one ear got better no throbbing, but the other, has this hudge bump by the creas and skull (it is more tward the middle of the back of my ear than the lobe) area and it hurts all the time, i cant even sleep on my side. is it a hudge pimple. and should i have it looked at?

mastoiuditus is rare, and doctors said my 12 month old daughter dinnt have it untill i demanded a second oppion, the first doc said she was 2 well in her self to have it. its just a suggestion. worth a try tho with the doc's to test. x hope all goes well.
