Random ill feeling

For the past two months I've been getting random chills (multiple times daily), occasional nausea (at least once daily), and a dizzy feeling almost every time I stand up (like having low blood pressure where everything blacks over for a few seconds).  I've also had loose stools approximately once per week.  I haven't noticed any pattern when these feelings occur, it truly appears to be random.  The majority of the day I feel just fine.
I have taken multiple pregnancy tests due to the nausea (and having also missed my period for one month), all have been negative.  I have not had any fever.
I'll also note that approximately two months ago my lymph notes under my ears were sore when pressed on, but I didn't have any other cold symptoms.
Any help would be appreciated.

What's your pulse like with your walking?

I'm glad you are planning to take some action here.  You are worth it!

Wow, thanks for the detailed reply!  I haven't yet seen a doctor since I have to privately pay for it, but after your suggestions of all the tests I will give her a call and see what we can arrange.

I know I have low blood pressure, even after a full meal and a lot of walking it is on the low end of normal.  I'm fairly used to 'blacking over' at least monthly, it's just been happening more often than is normal for me.

I do stay hydrated, 5-7 glasses daily.

I haven't had my blood checked in quite a number of years for anything, so I will print this off and take it to my appointment, thanks for all the suggestions.

I'm 30 so I would imagine it's not perimenopause, but I will ask about my thyroid.  I have been under a little more stress than is normal, which could explain for the missed period.

Thank you again

This is a tough set of symptoms.  Since it's been going on for two months, have you seen a doctor at all about these circumstances?

Have you a home blood pressure monitor or would you be willing to go out and buy one?  Omron is a respected brand out there for this.  It's fairly easy to do yourself right there at home.  Then you could take your blood pressure lying down, sit for a minute, take it again, stand for a minute, and take it again.

Do you regularly stay well hydrated, drinking at least 6 glasses of water each day?

Have you had your blood sugar and your blood sodium checked recently?

You skipped your period for a month... are you the age where you might be going into perimenopause, have you/has your body been under any unusual stress lately, and may I suggest you take the step of setting up an appointment to get some hormonal testing (including thyroid function) done to try to learn what is going on?

When was the last time you had a complete blood count, with differential (differential would look at your white blood cell situation) and your ferritin (iron stores), iron, and iron saturation percentage levels checked?  If you haven't had it done since these symptoms began, would you please ask your physician to order these tests for you?
