eyesight

hi, im 21, fit and in good health, my eyesight has always been very good although recently when im reading a book all the words jump out of the page and i cant read at all so i have to look away somtimes i can read for about 10 mins afterwards and sometimes it comes strate back, ive also been getting mild headaches quite regualy

just thought id ask to be safe..

any ideas??

Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Most probably you have a refractive error-near/far sightedness or astigmatism. Get your eyes examined by an optometrist and if need be consult an eye specialist. It can also be due to overstraining the eyes. Blink eyes in between reading. Take care!
