MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Your condition as you say is a combination of psychology and physical or somatic. You will need to learn techniques to calm yourself, like deep breathing, yoga etc. Eat limited before any stressful situation. Taking a course of probiotcs for some days may help. You can try this. You can also log in the food you eat and see which food items cause this more and avoid those before a stressful situation. If all this does not help, consult a gastroenterologist and a psychologist to help you out.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Sounds like anxiety symptoms to me.  Have you been to a doctor about this?
Many people suffer from this in the same way you are.
See your doctor about it and you can find some relief.
