How long before I seek medical attention?
How long before I make a medical evaluation appointment? No appetite for 2 days. (Unusual for me. No pain anywhere except a headache)

Maybe you coming down with something such as the Flu....I wouldn't be too concerned yet..as long as you drinking loads of water and eating smaller meals or snacks... you will be fine... If the no eating persists then get a medical check up just so you know everything is okay
I would say give it a few more days, then see a doctor. I wouldn't wait a whole week though.
