I'd just like to add if you have not done so already please go to see your doctor it's nothing they would have not seen already although I know things like this are embarrassing but when it comes to our health we have to do what needs to be done to get well. I wish you luck and hope the doctor can resolve things quickly.
Hi
I can understand and appreciate your embarrassment and concern. However nothing is more important than health and life and one must seek medical advice when necessary.
You could be having Pelvic Inflammatory disease (PID) that is quite common after pregnancy. Alternatively this could be due to a herniated disc in your lower back, and this is more important if you have a low back pain as well.
“Childbirth and other events can injure the scaffolding that helps support the bladder in women. Pelvic floor muscles, the vagina, and ligaments support your bladder If these structures weaken, your bladder can move downward, pushing slightly out of the bottom of the pelvis toward the vagina. This prevents muscles that ordinarily force the urethra shut from squeezing as tightly as they should. As a result, urine can leak into the urethra during moments of physical stress. Stress incontinence also occurs if the squeezing muscles weaken.”
“Weak bladder muscles or a blocked urethra can cause” overflow incontinence.
“Medications, urinary tract infections, mental impairment, and restricted mobility can all trigger transient incontinence. Severe constipation can cause transient incontinence when the impacted stool pushes against the urinary tract and obstructs outflow. A cold can trigger incontinence, which resolves once the coughing spells cease.”
Please consult a urologist at the earliest. After you get over your initial embarrassment, you will realize this trip to your doctor will not only relieve you of these embarrassing symptoms but will improve the quality of your life.

You may have to undergo some tests or X-rays or ultrasounds to reach a diagnosis. A clinical examination by a doctor will also be very helpful. Hope this helps. Please consult your doctor and let me know if there is any thing else.
also it's really painfull when i have sex with my husband sometimes and i'll pee during sex....feels like he's pushing on my bladder or something?
