hi, i have rashes under my armpit, i had it over for a year, i tried medicine cream called triamcinolone Acetonide. i been using it til now, but the rashes are still there, but the irritation was not as bad as before, . i stopped using deodorant, i had two rash spots then i used the medicine then those two went away, but new one occurs at someplace else, like on my lower arm, i want to know how to get rid of these rashes, and i wonder if this is a symptom of hepatitis b? and how did i get these rashes?

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Most rashes in armpits are due to either sweat dermatitis or due to fungal infection. Keep the area dry, wear loose fitting clothes, and change undergarments at least twice a day. Many treatment options are there like Clotrimazole 1%, Miconazole nitrate 2%, Tolnaftate 1%, ketoconazole, terfibnafine and Butenafine hydrochloride 1%. Many OTC products containing these salts are available, your pharmacist can help. Try a combination of two and apply until the round marks you see disappear. Continue application for 2 weeks after the marks disappear.
The other possibility is eczema. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage without examining the rash. Do consult your doctor as the treatment will depend on diagnosis.
Hope this helps. Take care!
