leg and footpain/cramping

i have alot of pain in my left shin with small swellings ,like my veins arepopping out, also my left foot willcramp and my toes curl under. whats wrong

Hi,

You may be having a condition called as varicose veins. This is caused due to defects in the blood return system in the legs and therefore the blood floods the superficial veins of the leg which may cause this development.

You may have to visit your doctor for more information and diagnosis. However, you must try and watch the skin at the ankles as ulcers may develop at the site. Keep the skin dry and healthy.
