my daughter who is 14yr suffers from migraines and is now on medication she also use to get pain in her stomach when she had a migraine and the doctor told me its like a migraine in your stomach weired ino but true so they call them stomach migraines my daughter takes a waffer like pill that you put under your tongue that dissolves to get on top of the migraines hope that helps :)
You should seek medical help as soon as possible.
The two symptoms may be connected. The "migraine headache" may in fact be that you have a fever.
Lower side abdomen pain may be appendicitis, or a viral or bacterial infection of the lymph gland in that area. Lymph glands that are inflamed in the abdomen can mimic appendicitis. Swollen lymph glands in the abdomen is called Mesenteric Adenitis.
If the problem is caused by a bacterial infection your doctor can prescribe an antibiotic. You can also get a prescription from the doctor to treat your migraine headache if the doctor feels that's what it is.
An antibiotic will not help the painful abdomen if this is due to a viral infection.
Hope you start to fee better soon.
Best wishes.
