whats wrong with me?

i feel feverish but have no fever, i my head feels like it has a cold but im not sick, hot flashes like no other, im tired but im getting good sleep, and my stomach is very sensitive bit i don't have a flu or anything. my tonsils feel funny they are not swollen, they don't hurt but they are irritated.  i am drinking a lot of water im getting good sleep but for some reason i still feel very weird and not healthy whats wrong with me?

It sounds like your immune system is working hard to fight something off.  Take good care of yourself, drink plenty of water, eat well, and keep getting plenty of sleep, and you should recover soon.  If you don't feel better after a week, then you might go see a doctor in case it is a bacterial infection.

I have same thing and I am scared. Dog sniffing my left ear again and again doesn't help either. My husband says I should do cat scan in case i have brain tumour or smth.
By the way, I have anxiety disorder followed by panic attacks and depression, so it should be nothing more than stress caused mess. Probably what ever complains I would say to doctor he would just take it as psychosomatic stuff.
