PLEASE HELP ME !!!

I DON'T HAVE HEALTH INSURANCE, BUT I'M FEELING SICK, LAST WEEK I HAVE RHINITITIS WITH SWOLLEN NOSE AND POST-NASAL DRIP , HEADACHES, CANKER SORE, NOW I'M HAVING CLOGGED HEARS MY TEMP IS 95.5F. I THINK I HAVE A SWOLLEN LYMPH ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY NECK MY NOSE STILL BOTHER ME AND STILL CANKER SORES.... I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO....

Thanks for writing to the forum!
You are probably having upper respiratory infection along with sinusitis. What you need is some anti inflammatory drug like acetaminophen, an over the counter decongestant and an antibiotic along with a multivitamin. Many over the counter gels and creams are available to apply on canker sores. Take steam. Gargle with warm saline water. Drink plenty of hot fluids.
However there is one thing you must remember that I have not examined you. I can only provide suggestions based on the information available. Hence please consult a physician regarding this.
