penile discharge

I am an 18 year old teenage boy, concerned about penis discharges that i am having. It looks almost like a whitey milky (sometimes yellowish) sticky fluid that only appears after i defecate and its appearance is not consistent. I will see it one month and never see it again until months later or an entire year. i first notice it few years prior to my recent concern of it when i had some issues relating to a pain i was feeling behind my ears caused by dust particles the Otolaryngology said. Thus i was taking some pills for the pain and that's when i first saw it.I thought it was a side effect the pills caused so i never paid it any mind and forgot about it. Recently, earlier in the year i saw it again  but i had unprotected sex and thought i had caught an sti. I went to my doctor and he prescribed antibiotics for it. i finish the pills and thought everything was ok again but it wasn't because i am still seeing this discharge so evidently its not an sti. Keep in mind that i have no symptoms of redness, itching, pain, burning when i urinate, swelling, none whats so ever just the discharge after i defecate. What do you think it is why am i seeing it and how do i stop it from happening?

The prostate can be stimulated through the anus and the prostate produces seminal fluid. It might be that the hard stool is compressing the prostate causing a release of seminal fluid. Hope that helps.

Steph032989 might be right are you sure it's not semen?

the medication for the ears could have been steroids that altered your hormones or sexual drive.

if not it should be some STD.

commonly Gonorrhea but also

Chlamydia trachomatis (25 to 60 per cent).
Mycoplasma genitalium (up to 25 per cent).
Ureaplasma urealyticum (15 to 25 per cent).
Trichomonas vaginalis (17 per cent).
Herpes simplex (rarely).

if you believe it is an infection just get it tested, it's very simple they insert a mini cotton stick inside the tip of the penis.
