persistant sypmtoms, no one is answering my questions...
you know how it feels when you take drowsy medication(lots of it) and you cant sleep and you feel sick and nauseated
except i havent taken anything and im really tired but cant sleep
and my abdomain hurts and im cramping
i have a small sickyness in my nose with a cough, but its not that bad
im more irratated by always wanting to throw up with the cramping
im drinking more then usual and i eat as normal as possible but nothing helps and it stays upset especially after i eat i feel sicker
i had my iud removed in november of 2010, after having it in for almost a year i was having trouble with infections
currently have a persistent uti that comes and goes as it pleases
weird hot flashes sometimes, it will get super hot in the room and i feel weak and fatigued more then usual
and its difficult to stand for more then 8+ minutes, and i get dizzy often.
i mainly have sharp pain in the lower right of my abdomain/pelvis, with a dull throbbing everywhere else and sharp pain under the ribs accompanied with heartburn, even when i drink just water.
no i dont think im pregnant, yes i have unprotected sex with my fiancee, hes been my only partner since we got together in august of 2010, but the symptoms come and go as they please just like the uti, and have ever since i got my iud removed. and i also dont believe its a kidney infection, ive had that before and its not the same as that time.
i have no insurance, and when i suggest to planned parenthood its more then just a uti they shove me off with check out papers telling me to take the pills and it will get better(even though i follow all the directions and it still comes back, and i keep clean im highly confused.....)
btw im 20 next month, i weigh 136 and im 5'5"

It might be Pancreatitus, i had exactly same symptoms and i went hospital christmas eve and got diangoesd wiv it, i had 2 stay in 4 2wkz, iv had problemz eva since, 5wkz n 5dayz on am stil in constant pain, got 2 the hospital n let them see wots wrong with you huni
im headed to the er after my fiancee gets off work, ive called 3 different places including the nursehotline and they all encouraged me to be seen, but the only place within walking distance is the er =/ at least i know they cant turn me away, but ill let you know what they said if they say anything, illl be SO pissed if they try to tell me its just my uti....AGAIN. i really dont believe it, and if it was the symptoms should go away after treatment when they dont you know?
It could be an appendix problem. I know you don't have insurance, but is there no way you could get to see a Doctor? It sounds like you need to be looked at by someone professional. If it IS your appendix and nothing is done about it, it can be fatal.
If you have unprotected sex and are feeling tired and nauseous..the first thing to do is find out if your pregnant.
