please help 3 year old daughter

I have taken my 3 year old daughter to the GP twice in the last 3 weeks.I was advised to keep an eye on her and go back if I was still worried(which I intend to!).
She has a noticable lump on the left in the lymph node area of her neck but is also very tired all of the time.Even the nursery she attends have commented on her tiredness.
She has no other symptoms, eating and drinking normally.
But she does have a few warts on her body and hands
I would be grateful if anyone could help?
Thank you

Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Pressure on back side of your skull with nausea in a 17 year old is commonly due to spinal nerve compression in the cervical spine region. This can happen due to overuse of computers, work involving straining of neck, canal stenosis, bone disease, spondylosis, poor posture etc. A few neck exercises, analgesic creams and sprays, heat pads or chiropractors can help relieve the pain, tingling and numbness. A MRI of the cervical spine may be required. Please consult a neurologist.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Hi
Welcome to the forum!
Warts in children are usually caused by a viral infection known as HPV or Human Papillomavirus. They are actually benign tumors. A child can become infected by skin to skin contact, picking up the towel of someone infected by HPV or even swimming in a swimming pool with an infected person or even from the nursery where she goes. This can also cause a lymph node to swell.
The other possibility could be anemia and maybe even cancer. Please consult a pediatrician for her condition.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
