MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The symptoms could be due to low testosterone, anemia, diabetes, hypothyroidism, or due to kidney or liver problems. Another possibility is sleep disturbances (like sleep apnea, imbalance of rapid eye and non rapid eye movement sleep etc.). You may sleep your customary 7-8 hours and yet feel fatigued. You need sleep studies to rule this out. Other possibilities are chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, low Vit b12, low iron, low calcium, sodium and potassium. Hyperthyroidism too causes increased sweating and tiredness.   Postviral fatigue syndrome is another possibility. Persisting EBV infection or mono can also be the cause. A comprehensive investigation is required keeping all the points in mind. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!

Hi, VKD123

Based on the information you have provided, you may either be suffering from depression or anxiety issues. The reason why I say this, is that it appears that your tests from the doctor are coming back normal and your previous history. Please take a look at the symptoms of depression. You may want to look at anxiety symptoms also. Excessive worrying can make your hair fall out and turn gray or white early. Symptoms of anxiety and depression do manifest in us physically.

According to the National Institute of Mental Health, symptoms of depression may include the following:

difficulty concentrating, remembering details, and making decisions
fatigue and decreased energy
feelings of guilt, worthlessness, and/or helplessness
feelings of hopelessness and/or pessimism
insomnia, early-morning wakefulness, or excessive sleeping
irritability, restlessness
loss of interest in activities or hobbies once pleasurable, including sex
overeating or appetite loss
persistent aches or pains, headaches, cramps, or digestive problems that do not ease even with treatment
persistent sad, anxious, or "empty" feelings
thoughts of suicide, suicide attempts

Please see/talk with your mental health doctor as soon as possible.  Get some of your worries out in your visits with them.  I definitely hope you feel better mentally. Again, from the information you provided, all of these seem like a mental health issue and should be followed up with a mental health specialist.

Good Luck and I hope you feel better!
