Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
The only way to confirm is go for a blood pregnancy test which measures beta HCG in blood. If this is ruled out, then also you will need to confirm an ectopic by an abdominal or vaginal ultrasound. At times with ectopics the HCG level is normal.
STDs, UTI, bladder and kidney infection, IBS, Crohn's etc are the other causes that need to be ruled out.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your gynecologist for primary examination followed by proper referral.
Take care!
Before stages of "pregnate" or it can mean digestion issues.
I had spotting found out i was prego...a few weeks later!
did you by chance just recently get off birth control pills? if so that can make you late on your period and give you some or all of the symptoms of being pregnant. if you didnt just get off of birth control pills than your next best thing to do since the pregnancy tests are coming back negative is have yur dr or even the er draw your blood and give you a blood pregnancy test because the blood test is 100% accurate as far as if your pregnant or not. a blood test can tell you if your pregnant way before a store bought test can tell you. but also keep in mind that store bought test are 99% accurate so like i said more than likely your not pregnant if the home test are coming back negative.
