One of the common symptoms of hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) is feeling cold when the weather is hot.
Another reason for feeling so cold is due to fever or your body fighting either a viral or bacterial infection.
With face getting got and flushed that may be due to Rosacea. You are also at the age that you may be on the change of life.
Make an appointment with your doctor and tell him how you are feeling and ask (if he doesn't suggest it) to have your blood tested for hypothyroidism and hormone levels.
Hope you get on OK.
Best wishes.
What types of vitamins are you taking? Also the energy products you speak of... what are they called.
Hypothyroidism has so many other symptoms than just fatigue. To jump to that conclusion without further information would be irresponsible
I think its hypothydroidism. Get your tsh and anti bodies tested. Anything above 2 makes you feel incredibly fatigued. The fact you have anemia could also be a indication that you have it.
Well, I have no advice for you, other than to listen to your doctkr. Nevertheless, I welcome you to this great gang of folks in our little corner of cyberspace.
