Diarrhea after anal masturbation

I am a 21-year-old male and I've been experimenting with anal masturbation since I was a teenager, and though I really enjoy it, I end up having diarrhea the next day almost every time I do it. This has been happening for as long as I've been doing it.

I tried it out a lot when I first discovered it, then it became a rare occasional thing, but I've started doing it more often recently. The most I've ever done is putting in two fingers, and not very deep. Most often, I just massage it with the tip of my finger and then insert my finger no further than the sphincter or maybe just past it, but I very rarely try to go any deeper because I don't really like it. I wrote this off as a coincidence at first, but now that I've been doing it more, it has to be related because if I finger myself one night, I get diarrhea the next day almost every single time. I've looked for answers online, but all I found was women asking why they get diarrhea after anal sex on sites like this one and people giving answers that definitely don't apply to my situation like maybe it's the lube or semen mixing with their feces.

I want to know why this is happening and if there's a way to do this safely without having this problem. Please help.
