is this normal or not ?

hi .

i am 34fem with hashimotos underactive and slight mvp with 1/4 regurg

during the winter i used to exercise every day. since schools ended it's difficult
for me. any how weight 59kgs, height 1.65cm.

when i wake up my hrate is 55-62. but later on it seems to speed up even if i do light
chores i mean it can reach 135 which scares me. it helps if i do more energetic things i.e start jumping or something somehow it helps.

these "episodes" don't last long about an hour or so and i don't feel ill with them or something it just scares me.

in the evenings i am fine. during walking around the shops it is usually 110-118.

any input ???

I have thyroid disease and MVP as well. I have the same symptoms, Pulse can go as low as 58-60 at night and can become 140 or more with light exercise. I also have palpitations with it. It can seem scary, I've had this for 30 years now and am 54. I have gotten quite used to it. I get ECGs annually, nothing amiss.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
It is possible that you have palpitations once in a while, could be due to anxiety or due to body’s rhythm. Once you start exercising, your mind goes off the heart rate and you feel normal. Get your thyroid reassessed. Maybe you need a dose adjustment. Also check out and see if you have low BP or anemia.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
