Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Increased sensitivity to smell can be due to menopause. High levels of prolactin (as in pituitary tumors) and high HCG (as in ovarian cancer) can also be the cause. At your age I would rule out pregnancy as the cause, but still if there is a chance then take a pregnancy test and see.
The best thing would be to consult your gynecologist. Take care!

Could be something as simple as an overly sensitive sense of smell - but have you noticed anything else?  If other symptoms emerge, check in with your physician.
