HI,
I am not sure this can help you.  I am hoping your will give it a try.  I have purchase lots of deodorants, nothing really can last all day.  By the way, something weird, it is only my left armpit has odor, my husband always let me know if I smell.  It is very embarrassing since I have to see a lot of people every day when I work.  One day, I went to Costco shopping, I found Secret Clinical Strength deodorant, I purchased it.  Wow, it solves all the problem. I hope you will give it a try, it is more expensive than the others, but it works for me.  Also, since I purchase so many other deodorants, I got stinky fee problem, when I got home, my feet always stink.  A few days ago, I decided to use some of the deodorants I no longer use,  I rubbed it around the areas between my toes, OMG, my stinky feet problem is GONE!  I hope the comment help you and good luck!

I have been giving this a lot of thought.  First of all, it could be your clothes/detergent.  Try washing your clothes in 20 Mule Team Borax.  It neutralizes all odors.
Never wear the same clothes twice in a row!  Sweat odors can penetrate the material and make it smell bad.  This includes socks and stockings.  If you have more than one pair of shoes wear them on alternate days so they have time to "dry out".
Take a bath or shower everyday and pay special attention to your hair.  (I use a dandruff shampoo all over even as a body wash).
Eat parsley at least once a day .  It neutralizes body odor.  Drink lemonade if you eat foods that contain garlic and/or onions.  Lemon juice will neutralize those odors.
Be sure to brush your teeth everyday, floss and gargle.  Drink a glass of water with 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.  This also neutralizes mouth/stomach odors and makes the breath smell sweet.
Make sure you are having regular bowel movements.  A teaspoon of Epsom salts in a warm glass of water will keep you regular.
Apply deodorant as soon as you get out of the shower.   Dry your feet thoroughly to prevent athlete's foot.

Please don't take this advice as an insult.  I mean well and I hope to help you.   I had a student who had this body odor and these measures helped her.

     Wishing you the best.
