Body odors fills up whole room.

Hi. I am 22 years old. I never had body odor issues my entire life. But in July 2020 I developed a fecal, semen, and foot body odor. I can't smell it and people say it's strong enough to fill up an entire building. I went to the doctor and they say I have a medical condition and they can't do anything about it. They are not specific about the name of the condition. I take a lot of showers throughout the day and people still say I stink. Now, in December 2021 in addition to this I developed a urine and earwax body odor. People also say it can be smelled in the whole building. I realized at this point it started because I excessively thought what if I smell like urine and earwax before the smell started and all of a sudden I started smell like urine and earwax. Now, in addition to all of that in November 2022 I also had a mucus and blood body odor. People also complained of that strong smell that fills up the whole room, but I don't smell it. I did blood test, urine test, physicals, and stool tests. Everything came normal. The doctor says I have a condition that's all, not saying anything else. I did research online and there is an illness called TMAU. But it some body odors I have are not listed in there. My parents don't have it and no one from my external family has it. What do I have and is it all connected? This is affecting my social life. I want my life back like it was.

Have the doctors ruled out kidney disease or liver disease? It seems like if you just had a condition, you would have had it your whole life. This has come on pretty suddenly.
