i dont know wat to do...
i have sharp shooting pains in both sides of my lower abdomen but not at the same time . i also have been getting sharp shooting pains in my but too! can you tell me what it means

Other than IBS or spastic colon you could be suffering from Celiac Disease/Ulcerative Colitis/ Crohn’s disease, H pylori infection, diabetes, food intolerance, malabsorption syndromes, constipation, gallbladder and liver problems, pancreatic dysfunction, or taking a diet rich in sulfites. Cancers of the gut and in female ovarian cancer and PCOD too could be a cause—not meant to scare you but if all other causes are ruled out, then this can be a possibility. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Do consult your doctor. Take care!
