The symptoms of bi polarmanic depressive seem to fit fairly well.. I will make an appointment to see my doctor soon. Thank you for sharing your thoughts&time.
my niece had that problem/ she had a hard time at school she could read a page and could not tell you what she read. she later ws said to have bi polarmanic depressive. dont know if that is yor problem but you should be checked out by a doctor, she is grown and gets along just fine. she has her meds and does just fine. i am forgetful but i am 73 years old and cant remeber all my nieces names sometimes. are what i went into another room for. but there has to be a reason. goodluck
Doctors suggest taking supplements such as MSM, Ashwagndha, B Complex vitamins, cell salts, flaxseed, ginko biloba, Vit. C, Ginseng, L-carnitine, zinc or phosphatidylserine and phytonutrients. - brain exercises such as Word Finds, crossword puzzles, etc.
Sorry the list is so long, but since it's a "brain" function problem and everybody is different, you might have to try several to find the one that's right for you. it might be a combination that works...
