While on business trip to Indianapolis, I was overcome with severe facial and head pain which was unrelenting. I went to the ER, but no diagnosis was made. Suggestions?

That sounds like a big deal potentially...please go to a neurologist or some specialist...even if you just start out with a regular MD...don't ignore that event at all. Hope you're okay.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Severe facial and head pain can be due to trigeminal neuralgia, temporal arteritis, dental caries, fluid in ear, impacted wax in ear, boils in nose, high blood pressure and sinusitis. It can also be due to pinched cervical spinal nerves. See what has been missed while diagnosing. Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
