I keep having black outs when I am driving.
I drive up to a stop light and its long. I clear my head. The next thing I know I am getting yelled out by my mom saying its green. I am starting to come out of it all I see is black. Its like I can not see and I freak out. Then I can see and hurry and go really fast.
What is going on? This has happen three times so far.

do you sleep well? breath well when you sleep?

maybe dyslexia is somehow related.. I guess no one could tell.. you could talk about it with a Neurologist but I doubt that he'll come up with a definitive answer.

as long as it happens when you're inactive it doesn't sound too bad but if it happened while you're driving  or doing things you should begin to worry.

it's interesting that it only happened while stopped at the traffic light right? there are neurological "manifestations" that are triggered by a certain combination of lights.

The First time was ealry in the morning. Second time around 1. Thrid around 5 pm. But they all happen months apart.
Allergies reaction I dont think so. I have allergies with all trees, grasses, and anaimal fur every since I was eight.
No strict diet. I eat small healthy meal every 3 to 4 hours and exercise at least once a day. I also try to move more and not just watch tv.
No symtoms lately.

You need a complete check up with your GP ...... who could even refer you to a neurologist..

when did it happen the first time?
you say it happened only when you were driving, what time of the day was it? always around the same time of the day?

I noticed "weight management" is in your interests, are you on a strict diet?

have you had any other symptoms recently? anything even apparently unrelated?

I also noticed allergies are listed in your interests, do you think you have an allergy, what are the symptoms? when did it start?
