I am male 24.i have some unknown std from 2years which developed with gay sex.after sex with gay three days later
i saw some small red spot on penis head, after four  months of that i had high fever  kness & swollen gland in thort.after one year i got gasterto problem,after that liver mild inflentration  for drinking alchol & smoking.
after two years i have now
screened for
HIV 1& HIV 2 antibodies        non-reactive
hepatitis b surface antigen      negative
V.D.R.L test                         non reactive
HSV 1&2 IgG  0.29 s/Co       1.2  positive
HSV 1&2 IgM  0.16 s/Co       1.2  positive
because the red sot appear 4 times in last two years.
but  last year i have sex with a girl(unprotected)after that
i am feeling  now
1.sore throt

2.smal red spots of tounge(before that i had white toung for 2 weeks)and pain on jaws back elder teeth growing

3.central nerver pain when passign urine(from penis to head nerves system totally. i should pass urine only applying high presure Some times)some times i even get pain by leaning down to left pensor any things on floor.
4.large spots on my penis which stayed for long that 1month upto now(i usually had small red spots on penis before, i had them stayed for long  three to five months every time the occure)
5.the red spots on penis are like rose flower with center circle & cover arround like a rose plates.i cant unterstand

Demetrology doctor screened
told me its not herpes
and gave me Mupirocin ointment UPS 2%w/w
but i want futher screening for an stds or urine infection or any oral infection test help me
please sir u can only solve this problem.

is herpes may cause nervers pain mainly penis & in my head like sudden pain when i bent down.

Hello,

I feel that all your symptoms(red spots on penis and in mouth,fever,arthralgia,swollen lymph nodes) are due to herpes.More over your lab investigations are also pointing it out.You can however confirm the diagnosis by getting investigations like direct fluorescent antibody (DFA) studies to detect virus, skin biopsy, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to test for presence of viral DNA which are highly selective tests.Pls take a second opinion from another dermatologist and discuss these options with him.
