Itching without a rash

I'm 19yrs old, previously I have been encountering itch from my chest without a rash which wasn't that irritated so I didn't went to a doctor, a few weeks later the itch has moved from my chest to my chest and belly, at this time it was that much so I went to the doctor and was given medical help which didn't work that much, so a week later I started feeling the itch around my waist and beneath my bottom which I went to a new doctor who had difficulty figuring out what it is but still proceed with a prescription that still didn't work, can anyone tell me what you think of my situation it's really strange.

Hello~It could be due to the detergent you are washing your clothes with, or even bath soap, have you changed any of this since this all started? Sometimes stress can cause the itching, are you under stress? Try sitting in a warm bath with a cup of Epsom salts in it, this can help with the itching, or try an oatmeal bath, you can buy both  at any pharmacy usually.
