If you have multiple swollen glands in neck and in armpit along with pain in chest and shoulder, then you should immediately consult a doctor, especially since you are pregnant. It could be local infection, may not be a lymph node bit a boil or abscess or there may be abscess in breast or even a lump in breast that needs to be investigated.
