Hello,
There are many causes of testicular pain in children, the commonest being testicular appendage torsion in a child.Other causes are appendiceal torsion or epididymitis.
Without examination and investigations,I cannot confirm a diagnosis.I sincerely advise you to consult a pediatric surgeon or a pediatric urologist and get urinalysis and ultrasound or CT done to confirm a diagnosis.
Hope it helps.Take care and regards.
Hes been to pediatric urologist who ran the ultrasound and urinalysis on him. he also consulted the pediatric surgeon but neither could find anything wrong. It had went away for about 2 months but then came back. It starts out light then becomes worst which causes him to double over. Now the pediatration says that maybe he will just grow out of it because he doesnt know what else to do
