very unsure?

Ive been getting headaches for about 5 years now. I went in for a ct-scan and blood work everything came out normal...I went to the doctors around feb 2009 because I was having chest pains. I had an EKG which also came out normal, He had told me I have anxiety attacks...then i just went to the office last month but this time i saw a different doctor because my headaches have become worse and the only way i can stop them is if i sleep, also my chest pains havent gone away, so she askes me about my life style and decides to tell me I have migraines, partial OCD, and anxiety attacks, I was shocked I am only 22! she never ran any test nothing she put me on Buproprion HCL 100mg twice a day for my anxiety and maxalt-mlt 10 mg when i start to get the migraines. The migraines meds didnt work and now everythings getting worse...for the past week ive been getting lower back pain and the chest pain has got worse, my left side of my neck and jaw have been hurting sending the pain up into my head and Ive been waking up in the middle of the night with headaches...I called the doctor today and they told me to go to the ER...I dont understand whats going on and i was wondering if someone can help?

Hi
Welcome to the forum!
A chest pain with left side of neck and jaw hurting and sending the pain up into head should be investigated for a heart problem ASAP. Your doctor is right in asking you to go to the ER. A 12 lead EKG should be done. At 22 years, though young, heart issues cannot be ruled out completely.
Since your back is also hurting, there is a possibility that you have pinched spinal nerves in the upper area too, say lower cervical and upper thoracic. This can also cause chest pain, pain in neck and headaches.
The third possibility is benign intracranial hypertension. Tension headaches, Vit D deficiency and high blood pressure too should be looked into.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Preferably go to the ER when you have the chest pain.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

I am not a Dr. but maybe your body isn't aligned and a chiropractor could help. Any time I get headaches, and back pain, going to a Chiropractor and getting aligned helps me. Just putting it out there.
