my throat feels like it is closing, my tonsils are covered in white spots and today they were bleeding a little...

You have a bad case of tonsillitis with probably phayngitis. You need anti-inflammatory and antibiotics for this. Consult a doctor immediately please. Meanwhile drink hot fluids like herbal tea, warm lemonade, clear soups etc to soothe the throat and do warm saline (add a pinch of salt to warm water) gargles. Take care!

white specs in back of the throat is a sign of Strep throat, i have it right now actually, but the sensation that your throat is closing could be an allergic reaction you might be having Did you take any over the counter meds for your throat, that you have not taken before?
could be strep throat or STD of the throat. If your throat feels like its closing YOU SHOULD GO TO ER better safe than sorry
