vommiting for 24 hours

hi
I am 33 years male. For the last 10 years i am suffering from vomiting for no reason at all. The day before this my throat starts to pain which gets worse the every passing hour. then i start looking sick, i am not interested in taking food and water. then finally the vomiting starts. Vomiting continues as if there is no stopping now. Even if there is no content in my stomach there are severe cramps in my stomach as if my stomach is being pushed up through esophagus. The most peculiar part in this is that the vomiting continues for 24 hours even if you take medicine or not.
Earlier when this problem started its frequency was every 6 months but nowadays its very irregular.
I have done endoscopy, sonography ( for gall stones), barium meal test & X-ray but all are negative. In fact there were no problems found.
please suggest any remedy.

Does this occur only at night? Are there any triggers you can think of? I have something similar but it occurs only at night. I have a migraine variant and after stress, or eating MSG, sulfites or red wine, I vomit all night long and cannot stop and get stomach pain but no headache. They did very test in the book on me  and after 8 years of seeing every specialist I thought I must be crazy. I went to a psyciatrist and he talked to me for a for weeks and said I have a migraine variant. I had an EEG done and it was positive for a migraine or seizure pattern. I am now on meds for it and haven't had it since. If it occurs only at night it is a possibilty. Also, it could be a food allergy. For me I had to take medicine that would knock me out and it would go away. You Could try taking Benedryl and see if it helps for a while. It is fairly well tolerated and makes you tired. It has an anesthetic property to it. Before I got diagnosed a doctor had me take it for a year. It did work for a while then started coming back after I got used to it. I also tried an antidepressant given by a neurologist to get me to sleep. But if yours happens in the daytime you may have another problem like food allergy or need a different medicine. Let  me know what you think.
