Hello,

At such a young age if numbness and dizziness are occurring, then the possibilities are abnormal levels of calcium, potassium, or sodium in your body and a lack of vitamin B12,hypoglycemia,dehydration,anemia,orthostatic hypotension(low BP), stress and anxiety and endocrine disorders like thyroid disorders.

Eat healthy ,nutritious food and take adequate amount of water. Also take some multivitamin and multimineral supplements and iron supplements for some days and see if the symptoms improve. If the symptoms still persist then pls get an ear examination done to rule out inner ear diseases.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.

If you are that young and experiencing something like that I suggest you get to a doctor. Does it happen often? Is this upon standing or randomly?
