when should I seek help for low temps?

I am sweating profusely feel like I am burning up and my temp is 96. I am utterly exhausted, very shaky, nauseus need I go on? I am very concerned.

You have an infection going on somewhere. Probably viral but you do not give sufficient details to make a diagnosis through this media.

No you don't need to go on.
Low temperature can cause sweating, indeed.
You ought to read Wilson's Temperature Syndrome free e-book.
The symptoms you're experiencing, are consistent with this syndrome,
but best you look into it.
There/s also a list available Doctors  who are trained to treat this condition.
