Why do I feel pain in my nose/throat when I speak?

Hi,
I've had a chronic condition (7 years) and so far no doctor has been able to help.

Whenever I speak for a while, these symptoms appear:

- eyelids inflamed
- weakness of voice
- constantly having to clear my throat
- fatigue, yawning
- pressure and pain in my sinuses
- pain in nasopharynx area

Things that help a little:
- wearing a surgical mask
- eating something

Also my eyelids now are pretty much always inflamed and red.

I'd really appreciate the help!
