why Do I still have vertigo?

I was diagnosed with anemia 8 months ago. I had slight dizziness which over months turned into full vertigo every day all day. I’ve had ear pain and weakness with this vertigo. I did end up in hospital with it as i was having heart palpitations this time. Plus suffering with neck pain. My chiropractor touched my temples, neck and instantly put me through a full vertigo attack. It’s sore to touch my temples. I’ve had ecg,echo,24 hour monitor. CT scan, bloods, ear scan 2 months ago and came back clear. It’s been a week since I was in hospital and just cannot walk around the house as too weak and dizzy. Any body experience this. I’m just sick of not being to do things anymore. I’ve had to lock myself away as cannot walk anywhere. Thanks
