why did my veins become visible?

So first of all, sorry for my poor english. I'm really not sure where to ask this, but i can't visit a doctor right now, and didn't find anything on the internet that would help me.
I'm turning 18 this october, and i've lost a lot of weight in a short time, due to bad diet, and my skin looks like it became a bit transparent. My blue veins are visible all around my body, mostly on my chest and under my eyes. i tried every home remedy and skin care creams to get rid of it. It won't go away, and it looks like i didn't sleep for years, everyone has been asking me why i don't sleep.

Blue veins are called reticular veins. If your skin is fair these veins may be more visible. Hereditary factors and body habitus also play a role. Most likely what you have is normal.  Individuals have a "thin" skin that allows to see the underline vein network more prominent that others. It might represent a normal skin variation, unless the veins are enlarged and might represent some other problem with the vein circulation.

I am sure your diet has play in it as well.

And sorry, i know it's more of a cosmetic problem, but it's making my depression a lot worse, i don't even dare to go out of the house.
