Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Take a late night snack. Raise head end of bed. Take Omeprazole empty stomach in morning and an antacid gel at bedtime. Refrain from smoking, alcohol, fuzzy drinks and spicy food. You could also be having gluten or lactose sensitivity and this should be checked first.
You should consult a gastroenterologist (a specialist who looks after the diseases of our digestive system) or a physician for this if these tips reduce your symptoms.

1st you should find the causes, maybe you just lack of sleep. or you sleep more than enough(10-15 hours) these may cause you having headache. and the most important thg, make your place clean and improve the air vantilation

the feeling like you are sick. could be ibs. or it could just be as simple as your eating too much or your body dislikes those specific foods. im 17 and i have a similar issue where i eat anything and i feel like i will throw up no matter what it is.
if you hit your head.coudl it be concusion? or like maybe you've just bruised it.
