my husband is 50 yeas.old. he doesn't like to go to the drs. these last few wks he has been bleeding from his mouth while he is sleeping. he spits up blood durning the day. His ear is also bleeding. he has been complaing about pressure in his head. he has also have been having chest pain. he wont go to the doctors. he smokes about 2 packs a day. can some one please help me

he needs to be seen by a doctor or take him to the hospital,if he refuses ring the ambulance yourself and tell them whats going on ,i agree with all the other people that left comments,it is not normal, seek help right away,

He needs to go to the doctor.  A stroke can cause this, so can lung cancer and other major diseases and disorders.  Who cares if he likes going to the doctor or not, load his rear up and take him whether he likes it or not.  Knock him out for a while if you have to.  LOL im joking, dont knock him out but do try to get him to a doctor or ER as soon as possible.  This is not something to play around with.

Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Since your husband smokes so much, and has bleeding problems, a CT sca of chest is a must to rule out cancer. It can also be also be a clotting failure of some kind or low platelets or low Vit K. This can also cause bleed in the lungs, pleurisy, hemothorax and thus chest pain. This is not something he or you can tackle at home. Please rush to the ER. You have no other option.
