5 yo/constant headaches/nausea/vomiting

Hi, my five year old daughter has been experiencing consistent headaches (goes to sleep with it, wakes up with it), and occasional nausea. She's vomited maybe twice. This has been going on infrequently since May, and picked up speed about three weeks ago. Her doctor keeps saying concussion (she had a fall down the stairs about 5 weeks ago) but she hasn't exhibited any other signs of concussion (no fatigue, no dizziness, no trouble waking her up, etc). CAT scan was done, and came back clean. I'm at my wit's end, and her doc thus far has not done any blood work or anything besides the CAT. In fact, I was even told it is likely a sleep apnea, which I have disproven. Ideas?

I'm wondering if it's post nasal drip that's causing her headache and vomiting.  My youngest (now 10) gets post nasal drip when her allergic rhinitis is bad - she doesn't suffer from congestion in her nose or has a runny nose but sounds 'bunged' up when she talks.  Then, if left untreated (it was three months before we knew what the cause was - she was about 5 when the problem first arose) she turns white, goes very clammy with dark circles around her eyes just before she's sick over and over again - especially in the middle of the night about 2-4 am but it can be random times throughout the day - her sick is usually very phelgmie.  When she's like this I give her, as suggested by our doctor, cough medicine containing guaifenesin to thin down the mucous and prevent it from settling in her stomach.  It's just a thought!

I should add that she has no aversion to light or noise, and the nausea is not set off by anything in particular. She also breaks into cold sweats and goes white pale when the nausea sets in. It's very random.
