Pain in the anus area after ejaculation.. what is the cause
Either sex or masturbation when i ejaculation after i *** i have sever pain in my anus and a couple of cm deep .. like a pressure tightness as well as uncomfortable pain .. it is only releaved sometimes if i *** again and when i do it really burns like im cumming fire and hurt like hell .. i had this issue for years .. please someone help me .. hot water on the anus also releaves the pain but i really need a solution please
