Amphetamines Interference with Orgasm

Hello,
I am a 24 year old male who is currently taking 30 mg of amphetamine salts daily. The effects of this drug help me tremendously with my job and pretty much anything that requires long periods of focus. There is one issue that bothers me though. I've noticed when I masturbate several differences from when I do this while not on this drug. First it seems like  blood flow is restricted to my penis and it is difficult to,mantain a full erection. But this is a known side effect. Secondly and most importantly, I have a problem that I can't even find a name for, or even a description of anything similar to it online. I wouldn't call it premature ejaculation, but I ejaculate before i feel an orgasm. I can feel an orgasm if I keep going but that has issues. I am single and am afraid to have sex while on this medication. If someone could give me some advice other than stop taking amphetamine (I can figure that out on my own), it would be greatly appreciated.I know adderall increases dopamine and norepinephrine activity, and as a mild maoi, some seratonin activity, but I don't know how those effect orgasm. If someone could just shed some light on this I would be very grateful.

Maybe I should post this in a pharmacological forum also?

What you are describing here is a degree of Sexual Ahedonia caused by the amphetamine interference with your neurotransmitters. I am not going to advise you to discontinue amphetamines since you asked me not to but I will say this, the longer you keep taking this drug then the more likely it is that this ahedonia will become embedded in your neuron chemistry even long after you have discontinued it.
